Cannot access my e-mail, phone number 718 828 2060 for notification

I recently moved. My old residence had verizon fios, my new residence did not. I decided to keep my phone and internet service with verizon to keep my e-mail address and phone number.

I found out that my phone numebr would change, however, they would have a notificaton referral on the old number advising of the new number. As of today, the number that the old number is referred to is incorrect and has not been fixed after numerous request and guarantees that it would be.

Also, I stayed with the internet believing that my e-mail address would just be switched over from the fios account to the high speed DSL account since it is all verizon. That was not the case.

Although I can access the internet I have not been able to sign on to my e-mail for almost two weeks. I have spent at least eight hours on the phone and on internet chats with their so called techinicians who have still not been able to get me to sign on to my e-mail. When you get accidently disconnected they do not call back. When they tell you a technician will call you back in twenty four hours they do not.

I have lost ALL previous documents and folders that I had saved with fios, I do not know if any important information has been received regarding various pending subjects that I have.

If you send me an e-mail notification to the above address I will not see it, since I cannot open my e-mail.

Please assist in rectifying this problem as I need access as soon as possible and Verizon has done nothing but waste my time and give me grief.
