I purchased a refurbished Palm Treo that did not work. I inquired if I could return the phone for a rplacemet and was told yes. I returned the phoneand have tried several times to contact the company about my replacement. They will not reply to my e-mails and will not return my phone calls. I can never gt a real person on the phone when I call.
