Worst service, ever to be observed in 15 years cell phone usage history

I paid $699.00 for Palm Treo from Sprint.in last one year it has had multiple issues and every time when I call Sprint they dont have the technicians to work on it so they have to replace it. It takes them to ship a refurbished not a new Treo, three to five business days to ship it to the sprint service store. Once it gets there the staff there is worst then the police in a third world country.

They treat you like you are no one and you owe them your entire existence. They keep charging you for the replacement. You are out of phone service for at least a week and you get no service from them. ON top of all of this, they charge you for a full month, even the time when you did not have a working phone.

I have tried to contact every one, they switched me to 9 (NINE) diff depts to resolve my issue and its been more then ten days that I am with out a phone and phone service.
