Ripoff, dishonest, they do not honor any warranties for their phones

I won a brand new Verizon Treo 650 from my work back in February and when I got the phone I purchased the insurance and I was told by a Verizon Representative that the Treo would be fully covered. Well the phone stopped working in May and when I called about having the phone repaired or replaced the representative at Verizon would not honor the insurance since the Treo was not purchsed directly from them, it was purchased at a company called Wireless toys, they told me some story and told me there was nothing they could do for me.

I've been lied to so many times by them, I even had to call three times just to get my money back for the insurance I paid every month. They have told me all kinds of stories everytime I call they have some new creative excuse as to why they will honor the warranty.

All I wanted was a replacement phone and they will not do anything for me, i'm stuck with a broken Treo. I have been with Verizon for nine years and I will never do business with them again.
