I went to tmobile on sat 4/17/10 they had phones that day but one of the salesman named hosea told me not to get it that day because i would have to pay double the payment cost so i should wait till the 19 when my payment is due so i could just pay the next bill and the phone he took out a note and stuck it on a phone in the back saying it would be there monday. So i waited till monday the 19 and then a salsmen named zak i asked for my phone he said they didnt have any he so what he did was call his manager and said that he can upgrade me and give me my sim card and pay my bill so i did he told me he would move me to the top of the list and phones would be in on wendsday and they would give me a call so wendsay. They called my family member on wendsday who also had been on the waiting list i didn't get a phone call so i came in thursday a salsmen named julie helped me out saying they were short on phones and that i was 6 in the waiting list and i said but monday they put me on the top. She said she didn't know why there was other on top but she would give me a temp phone. I just need to know why they all lie and why they don't get there facts right don't lie to the customer tell them that the waiting list is long and maybe ur phone will be ready in 3weeks not just days. It would be better if they just told u the truth or let u know when ur phone will be ready.

I booked a crusie with them back in Feb. After being called several time I asked for a refund. They said that can't be done. Kept giving me the run around when I asked for a refund after being harassed by phone calls asking me to upgrade or book my trip
