Hell to mci

Hi there,
well my story goes like this,
i had my service started march. I didnt receive no bills from them for a couple of months. I called up my agent and asked him why so, he said this is mci, the first three months the bill comes late. I said ok. I received my first bill, paid it in full cuz its not under my name, its under my friends name.

I kept on paying promptly till one month passed with no bills, another passed and a third one as well. After that i receive a bill for 600 dollars. During the time when they didnt send me any bills, i called them up but kept on receiving the damn message of that they are updating their systems to handle more costumers. Anyways, i call up my agent asking him for a different number. He told me he stoped dealing with them but he will find out and give me a number. So he did.

I called them up asking for a full report from day one till this recent day, a rep told me she would print them out and send them. It was friday then and she would send them on monday and i would be receiving them on wednesday. I waited for a week, called them up again, it was a thursday and a different rep told me that he would get them the next day, send them on monday. So i waited again for a week. Same thing, so i call again and take the reps name and id and ask him to send me the bills again. He promised that they would be in my mailbox this week. Si im waiting... Can anyone tell me what can i do. I mean im not ready to pay 700 dollars (recent bill) for phone calls that i dont even remeber.
