Hour on hold, will not cancel my account

I first called from cell phone, was on hold for 15 min. Then i called from landline and was on hold over an hour, transferred to 5 different people and still never got ahold of someone to cancel this account. When they installed this service i was told that my monthly bill would be $99.99. When i got my bill it is $177.00.
I cannot afford this monthly! You can not get ahold of anyone to talk to them, my internet has not worked right since they started my service. I am not a happy person!!! I want this account canceled and do not ever want to deal with these people ever again. Tammie hendren
