Over Billing and getting the run around by Comm South Ripoff

I have been trying to find out why I am being bill so much over the monthly fee and I am not getting anywhere talking to the customer service people that answer the phone for Comm South. It all started when we moved in September and I called to have the phone servce transferred to the new address. The person I talked to told me how much I would need to pay with my October bill, so I paid my bill the amount to transfer the phone service. Then when I got my November bill ii said I owed $130 insted of just the monthly fee of $58 so I called Comm South was put on hold for an hour then when this foreign speaking person came on the line she couldn't give me a reason for the excesive amount that they where wanting me to pay. All she would say was to pay the bill or they would terminate my service. I asked to speak with her supervisor and got put on hold for another 40 minutes. When the so called supervisor came on the line she could not give me a reason either as to why the bill was so high. She just repeated what the 1st person had said. I advised her I would not pay the extra amount unless she could tell me what it was for. She said all she could do was send it to the audit department. I didn't hear back from anyone so I paid only the monthly fee. Then the December bill came and it went from 130 to 99.53 so I called again and again I was put on hold for 1 hour and when I got to finally talk with a person was told nothing she could do because thats what the computer said I owed and to pay it or I would have my phone disconnected again I asked to speak with a supervisor and again I got put on hold fr another 40 minutes and still no satisfaction again they said they would send it to the audit department, then I didn't get a bill at all for January so I took it upon myself to pay $60.00. So when I got by bill to pay for February guess what they said I owed for 2 months so I called them again and again I was put on hold and when the person finally came on the line I was told I owed for 2 months but could tell me what month I hadn't paid. Because anyone knows that you always pay a month in advance for Comm South or you don't have any service and I had never missed a month, I even went over each bill with them. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor and again got put on hold for over an hour and then got hung up on so I had to call back and again had to wait another 40 minutes to speak with someone. Again nothing got settled. Then I got a letter from them saying that I could have an extension to pay the 99.53 sense it was for 2 months. So I called back again to let them know that I would pay it by the date on the letter and was told they had no knowledge that I was sent a letter saying that I could have an extension and that I owed another 50 some dollars on top of the 99.53. This is getting ridiculus. There is no way that I owe all this money. Then today in the mail I get this letter saying Thank You for My new service and the phone would be turned on in a few days. Can You help me get this matter settled. Is there any other number to call besides the one on the bill 1-888-223-0915. I need to be able to talk with someone that really can help me, not the clowns that I have been trying to deal with. I can't be without a phone cause my husband is in bad health and I need 24 hour access to a phone. I can't keep giving all this money to Comm South for service I don't owe for. Please help me.

They disconnected my phone after my total amount due was paid and then requested that I pay $40.00 to have my phone reconnected
