I ordered sapphire for 4.95 and after being hold for over a half an hour they dont me i didnt cancel in time which nothing ever told me i had to cancel. I sent the product back and was on hold a couple days later for over a hour cause i know they got the product back. Now i have not got all my money back and never can get ahold of anybody. I want to know how i can get a attorney and get my money back im tired of trying to call and talk to a rude person and never get anywhere. I cannot believe they would do this crap and i am not happy with the company at all.
