Stolen Cell Phone

On 11/22/08 my wife and I attend a house party at 6106 Osborn RD Cheverly MD we was ask to check our coats my wife check her coat and pocketbook that contain her cell phone we know that the cell phone was in the pocket book because we did use it for direction. After leaving the party we did not check for the phone because my wife only use the phone for emergency, so we did not miss it until 11/26/08 that’s when I call T-mobile and the police. On 12/15/08 I went on line to pay my phone bill and I saw a total of $1.133.43 I call T-mobile again they told me that I call to report the phone on the 11/26/08 but the calls was already place started On 11/23/08 so there forth I was responsible for all the charges I explain to her that I am with T-mobile for over 3 years and I have never make these many calls ever. When I spoke with the police I was told that the police department do not get involve in investigating calls that was made out of the country. I ask T-Mobile to conduct an investigation and they refuse, the police told me that if I submit the report number to T-mobile they would wave the charges because that would prove that we did not make those callsThose callsI contact T-Mobile again on 12/24/08 and ask to speak with a manager and I was told by AMARA that it would not make any difference weather I spoke with a manager or not because the result would be the same, and the best thing that she could offer to me is 25% from all the calls that’s about $200.00 I would still stuck whit $800.00Account #510646965 Dispute Cell #240-688-3064
