New Windows Phone Has No Internet After Four Support Calls

I received my new window phone in the mail Sunday 12-8-13 with no internet connection. I called Metro customer service line a total of 4 times including speak to a supervisor. Today is Thursday 12-12-13 and I still have no internet on a window phone a phone that is a major computer phone. I had to put in a ticket and still waiting I more day to call Metro for the 5th time tomorrow and see what metro says. I just wanted a refund or be able to go to the Metro store a trade this crap phone in and no I have to wait. I can't to anything on this phone but make calls but yet they expect me to pay a bill with everything unlimited with all I have is text and calls I don't think so.
