Metro Glass & Mirror Service ripoff deceitful ordered window with 4 glass panes Metro wanted to give me 12 glass pane window

Deceitfulness:

On April 11 I ordered and paid $185.50 in full on my credit card for a jalousie window with 4 horizontal retractable glass panes. I made it clear that it was to match the other windows of my house. I pointed to a similar retractable type jalousie which they had on display. When asked if I was sure that it was not a double-hung window that I wanted, I reiterated that it was a jalousie window. I agreed to a white color which was written up on my receipt as white Colonial. I took "Colonial" to be mean the manufacturer's distinguishing name for the 4 glass pane, jalousie window.instead that word was to have the insidious meaning of a jalousie window with 4 retractable jalousie frames, each with 3 glass panes, totaling 12 glass panes. They were to call me when window was delivered (presumably) by the manufacturer.

Approximately 2 weeks after the date of purchase, I called and spoke to the saleslady who had taken my order. I told her that I was aware that the jalousie window with my measurements also came with 3 retractable frames, and I asked her to reassure me the window would have 4 sheets of glass and not 3 panes. She stated that it would be a window with 4 panes of glass. Another 3 weeks went by with no call from Metro, so I stopped by the store to inquire, and I was told it was not ready as yet.

Another 2 weeks passed, so I called and spoke to saleswoman, and was told it was there 4 weeks ago. On the pick up of the window, I declined to take the window beacuse it had 12 small panes of glass and was not what I had ordered. I asked for a refund of my $185.50! I suggested that they should put it up for sale! Instead, they wanted to take the window apart in the store and change it into a window with 4 sheets of glass. I could see a scratch-and-dent refurbished window being dumped on me. I want my refund.
