The worst Sales Representative I have encountered. They don't know anything specially the branch at 1667 E 6th Street, Beaumont CA 92223. They don't know about cell phones they are selling, specially the lady by the name of Claudia. She should not working there or else a lot of customer will have a heart attack. Please if you have know knowledge about cell phones, don't work there. Just quit. You really sucks and affects the credibility of Metro PCS
