Metro pcs has the worst phones ever... I have been with them for quite some time now and i can truely say i am feed up with them. They sell people phones and when the phone starts having problems (which is usually in 5-35 days of having the phone) they take you thru a hassel to get another phone. My phone will not charge i have no way of contacting anyone and vice versa. They should have replacement phones at the corporate office and inside the stores. I even offered to have my service swithced to an old phone and they wanted to charge me just to do that WTF!!! They charge for everything so i dont really see a difference in being with a bigger dealer such as sprint or t mobile, when you add up evertything that they charge you for you are spending the same amount of money anyway. The only good thing they have is no contract and taxes are included already in your bill but they turn around and charge you if you pay your bill in cash or using your card... You are charged for upgrading your phone (ridiculous) and customer service sucks because your end up talking to someone who you cant understand because their accent is so strong. Metro pcs is the worst!!!
