Metro PC new phones are really used phones - Metro PC selling used phones as a new one

Metro PC is selling used phones as a new phone. I found this out 6 months later when I had trouble with my phone and the gentleman told me, "Its because its an old phone and it has been discontinue, plus these phone don't last long". I told him I paid $80.00 for this phone and it was supposed to be a new phone. He said the salesman that is no longer here was selling used phones as new ones, unfortunately I got sold a used phone. He said he can"t help me. So I called customer service and they gave me the run around and said they couldn't help me either, so they put me in contact with one of their regional corporate store and they told me they didn't sell it to me so they can't help me, they said it was an agent independent store franchise that sold it so they cannot help me either, but they were eager to sell me a phone in order to help me out, that was very kind of them. So beware of what you buy from Metro PC, they can't be trusted. Check your phone out well before you buy it.
