This is by far the Worst phone service I and my family has ever had in our entire life.
And it's not just My family. My friend's mother lost a job oppurtunity because of the issues along with the phone service. Everything is Bad. The phones, the range, the service - Everything.
The first phone I had was the Samsung Freeform II - this phone is Completely defected. Calls Randomly drop (seems to drop the most during an Important discussion) because claims that I'm calling out of the Country, even though I'm in my own room.
It takes about 20 seconds to two minutes to send a text.
Sometimes I'd recieve many text messages HOURS after I orignally should have recieved it.
If I recieve a text, it's usually un-readable because all of the letters are scrambled up - then I have to ask the person I'm texting to Re-State the text in a Completely different way, just so I could read it.
WORST OF ALL - it sends the WRONG pictures to the person you're texting. I do not need to say more about that.
Out of frustration, I destroyed the Samsung Freeform II.
Now I have the Kyocera Domino. Oddly enough, even though it doesn't have a camera Or keyboard, it's WAY better than the Samsung Freeform II.
But now, along with taking about two minutes just to Send a text message, it has very Unusual problems - I can send text messages, But the person I'm texting will Not recieve it Unless they have Metro Pcs, along with that, if I'm texting my own phone it'll take about 30 minutes - an hour for my phone to recieve it.

This is absoultely the Worst cell phone service company Ever. I wonder if the creators of the cell phone company actually Use their phones to see how they work. Eventually I want to find out if the stress of dealing with this phone company is causing long-term health effects and concerns by testing some how.
If you have No cell phone, and Only have to choose to go with Metro Pcs in order to get a cell phone, PLEASE go on with life With Out a cell phone. It's worth not having the stress tagging along with your life.
