HORRIBLE customer service - Galaxy Note III

I am a faithful customer to verizon and have been for years. I recently preordered the Galaxy Gear and the new Note 3 from BestBuy under my verizon account. The Galaxy Gear came out first so I picked mine up from the store, spending $300.00. I had a 2 year upgrade I could use for my Note 3, and chose to do so when I preordered it. I went into BestBuy to pick up my phone and they told me Verizon switched their policy to 24 month upgrades from 20 month upgrades. Thus, I would have to pay full retail for my Note 3. The Galaxy Gear is only compatible with the Note 3 and I could not return it. Customer service basically told me Im shit out of luck, and even when I spoke to the supervisor they told me they could not do anything. They never told me they had a policy change or anything and she even said that I probably never was told this. I couldn't afford spending $800 with taxes on a phone so I'm sitting here with the Galaxy Gear that I cannot even use until January when my upgrade is now available. Customer service was SO RUDE and I am now down with this company. I will never recommend verizon to anybody anywhere. It disgusts me how rude and inconsiderate they could be to a customer.
