I recently purchase a no contract cell phone Verizon from best buy I activated on 7/26 and gave them my debit card to be kept on file for future payments. I was never told what my $60.00 plan would cover. I attempted to make a call to Puerto rico but a recorder came on and said insufficient funds in the account. A customer service representative assisted me and inform me that it will cost me 0.25 cents each additional minute to call to Puerto rico I told her that no one informed me and that was one of the reasons why I choose Verizon she informed that my $60.00 plan did not cover it and that pureto rico was an international country I always thought that we were americans. Anyway I told her that the with the other carriers iwas able to call at no additional charge. I told her to discontinued my service and then I tried getting my $64.20 back and I was told that was not entitled to my money that they don't refind money back. I don't think they are been fare about it they are reaping a lot of people off.
