I am a father of 2, I work full-time, i'm in grad school getting my MBA, my wife works full-time at a childrens' hospital. We cancelled our MiFi services over a year ago but it kicked back in and has been billing us for 8 months @ $52.15 = $417.20

I realized they were still billing us and called to see if the charges could be refunded since the data usage report indicated no data had been used in 8 months.

They wouldn't budge. They gave no refund. I need the money. Verizon does not care about individual customers.
