I believe I started with Verizon in 2001. I got my phones on discount, kept the contract, and always paid my bill with a credit on my account. This year I needed to start saying money and the phone was one of the things that needed to change. I owned my iPhone 4, there was an $80 credit, and I was now on Month to Month for about 6 months. I bought another phone and transferred my phone number that I have had since 1999. I did everything that was expected of me. I then go to sell the phone and the ENS was bad, I was told it happens normally when you owe money or if you void your contract which I did not to neither. After talking to Verizon it was told that they must be wrong but I went to www.checkensfree.com and this was done. I missed out on $75 but it is on the news how criminals are stealing them off the street and selling them without any problems. My only crime was I could not afford the account anymore. Please let me know why after 12 years of being a perfect customer you treat me like this.
