I am completely unsatisfied with Verizon and I do not think verizon should have brought on the iphone due to their incapable staff and owners who do not know how to make customers happy. I have a new contract and just found out after getting the $200 for my birthday to buy an iphone that I can not upgrade my account till April. I think this company should allow their customers teh frrdome to upgrade their account when it is convient for the customer not the company. Due to this terrible flaw in verison buisness ethics when my contract is up I plan on moving to your competitor At&t unless someone can find a way to suspend this stupid regulation on the iphone very soon, like yesterday! Just so you know you are destroying your customer relationship by not allowing them to upgrade to this new fantastic phone. My advise is that verizon should have never taken the iphone because they are not experiance enough in customer satifaction like At&t and Apple.
