I took responsibility for paying MetroPCS payments for a young person on 10/14. I made that payment and everything was good.in December I paid for two months and all seemed fine. Text Notice that a fee is due by 12/23 or everything is shut off. I go to the store on 12/21 & find that there is a $60 fee for something that happened in 08/11. Okay, I pay that...

Service turned off on 12/25... I contact Metro - There is some $40 fee from September... What is the deal with this company? It appears that their accounting is less than stellar. Seems to me that they are holding folks hostage. How can it be that they only come up with another charge after the service is restored?

Ugh...
