I had been waiting in line for about 5 minuets at cashier 4 just before 4pm at the maple leaf gardens center location. Her manager told her after she would ring the stuff through for a person before me and myself, she would move onto the 15th cash register. So after making eye contact a couple of times and waiting for a few minuets it was my turn to come up she tells me she has to go to the 15th register now and can’t help me. Why would she tell me that after watching me wait for that long when I could of gone to another cash register before having to pick up all my things off the belt and walk over to another cashier that would of saved me time. Her manager told her to go after ringing me in but she was determined to get out of there. I wouldn't of minded had she let me know that she wasn't going to ring me through before I had waited in line. My wait was twice as long than it should have been but the cashier at number 3 was great.
