Target-great job on the customer service!

I just wanted to write and say thank you to Target, and especially to your employee, Minh, that helped me out the other day. I was shopping with my 4-year old, and in line behind a few people to check out. Minh offered to ring me up in a separate line. I gratefully accepted, only to realize I'd forgotten my wallet. I apologized, and told her I was going to have to go home and retrieve it, when she offered to keep all of my groceries together in the cooler for me. Gratefully, I agreed and hurried home. When I got back, she not only met me at the front of the store, and went to get my groceries for me to re-ring them, but she also opened up a (I'm assuming closed) register to ring me up so I wouldn't have to wait in line again. (Which I wouldn't have minded at all, I never wait long at Target!) Minh was very kind and understanding, and I was very impressed with her willingness to go above and beyond what she needed to do to help me. It really made a bad day much better for me and my son. I
m not sure if she was a manager, or cashier, and I didn't catch her last name, but I sure hope she gets recognized for this. You hardly see great customer service skills in retail these days, and she is a real asset to your company.
