Worst Customer Service Eve

Wow worst customer service ever!!! I'm 19 and work at a retail store and I would never let my customers wait so long!
I was with my family trying to buy some clothes and there was only one person in front of us on the line, so we assumed it would take a minute or so. WRONG! We were only for about 15 mins!!! The cashier kept asking the customer she was attending to apply for a rewards card and all the benefits and other stuff. Then she gave him a form and then started talking on the phone and ignored the customer in front of her. And this was all happening while there were 4 other workers behind the desk not doing shit! They could've opened another register or something. And 2 people waiting behind us, left without buying anything. Then, after aaaallll that time, the cashier finally said "next" so we approached and then she said "oh wait one second" and she started talking to the other workers about literally nothing important at all. Then she finally called us again. After that, she asked my dad to get a rewards card and my dad said "no, i'm definitely not going to make people wait that long." and the cashier was like "oh, but it's really quick and i'm a fast cashier, it won't take long at all". My dad was like "you gotta be kidding me!" and we finally bought what we wanted after almost 20 minutes of waiting when there was only 1 customer in front of us and when one of the other workers could've opened a register. If that happened in my job, my manager would have fired that lady in a heartbeat! Terrible customer service, absolutely ridiculous!!
