First: Customer Service DOES NOT get back to you! I tried contacting them 3 or 4 times!

Secound: They took money from Pay Pal account and NEVER GAVE ME MY BIDS I PAID FOR $36.00 - this was important to apply it to my account right away as all the other transactions i made did because i was doing some auctions ALL DAY which since i DID NOT get my bids i paid for I LOST ALL THE MONEY $who knows how much (Bids) I placed all day! They Ripped me off

Third: you get bonus bids if you use a ton of bids and i DID NOT GET THOSE EIGHTER! Was supposed to get 15 FREE BIDS!

Fourth: Forget getting ahold of them by phone because they have some lady with a lisp telling you to email them if you want to contact them! IT HANGS UP AFTER THE THIRD ANNOYING LADIES VOICE says that the only option is to EMAIL THEM!!! Really, That didnt work for me 3 or 4 times already!

Im highly upset and let them know in my last email i was going to start letting everyone know the thruth and this is only the start unless they fix it SOOOOON

Guess i should of checked the BBB in the first place because they are not registered with them and well, wouldn't you know!
