Harrasment without cause!

They have started calling about 10 times a day last week from before 8AM to as late as 9PM. I do not have any GE accounts or credit cards. I refuse to give them any personal information so they just become rude and obnoxious. I explained that if they would explain why they are calling I would perhaps give them info but they refuse. I have asked them to quit calling and said that the number they are calling is listed on the do not call list. They just hang up and then call again about an hour later.
