Weddingtrail.com is a disappointment!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I'm frustrated with weddingtrail.com, as well. My dress looks horrible, and is falling apart. Although I was not surprised that the dress didn't match the photo... Still the customer agent, Christy, insinuated that I was a liar after I requested for a refund for the garbage that was sent to me. The strings were coming out, and there's a small hole in the back, which believe me would rip the entire lace backing. I can't begin to describe how poor the quality was. I even offered to send photo proof and pay for shipping it back. I would never wear this on my wedding, and even if I did, I'm sure it would fall apart before I'd even get down the isle.

Take it from me, I learned my lesson. If anyone is reading this, please save yourself the heartache and disappointment, DO NOT buy from weddingtrail.com or any site like that. Good luck everyone!
