Bid rack, gave me about 20 bids then, i placed a bid for 25 bids, they removed $10.62 from my account. I purchased 100 more bids, they took $60.00 from my account. They took another $240.00, without my permission, in 4 more installments of $60.00 each. If i would have given them the authorization to do this, i would have received at least 745 bids. I bid on an item, and when it came to seconds of finalizing the bidding, my computer would stop and none of my bids went through. This happened 7 times on the same item. When i was able to get through the item was sold. There wasn't anything wrong with my computer and it hasn't acted up since. When i inquired about all of these problems, i was told that i didn't have anymore bids. I told them that there was no way that i used that many bids. After going to them twice about this, they offered me $80.00 in bids but, i want the money that was taken without my authorization. Bid rack sent me refund forms which i filled in and returned them. They didn't do anything about it but was going to give me more bids. I don't want the bids i want the money.
