BidCricket, Dayton OH
A Scam

Internet & Web

I was solicited by emails to get free bids using the name “Bonus 25.” So to obtain such free bids, and try their site, I was required to register and enter my charge card thinking it was for free bids. Their web site says “Save up to 95% Brand name at bargain prices.” Later, by email, I learned they had charged my visa card $125 for 160 bids. Bidcricket did not tell me there was a $125.00 charge just to bid without any success. I had thought the bids were only used if I won an auction. Legally, I have the right to cancel any agreement or purchase within 3 days, and I canceled in writing (their contact email) the same day – 3/7, and also called customer service (Luci) at 937-610-4599 and manager Teri on 3/11. They both said "No refund."
