Vile, uninhabitable motel

My boyfriend and I checked into Sun Inn & Suites after 11pm on Saturday, October 27. We were initially issued room #116 to find a dirty shower stall and blood stains on the curtains. We were then moved to room #261 to find roach and silverfish bug infestation. We were then moved to room #163 to find dirty towels and unchanged bed sheets. Finally, we were moved to room #103 to find non-working microwave, non-working refrigerator, roaches and dirty towels. Upon calling the front desk to complain about these issues, the man at the front desk stated that per the manager, Minesh, we were not eligible for a refund because we used the restroom and used one of the soaps to wash our hands in the first room #116; and we used the shower in the final room, #103. We used the bathroom in room #116 because we never expected to have to change rooms. We noticed the roaches and the non-working amenities after taking our showers in room #103. We should not be held liable for any of this. He told us that we weren't getting a refund before we even said we were leaving as if he knew that we'd want one. We feel a refund is more than warranted for what we went through. It's just very shocking that Minesh would assume that we'd just accept things as they were on a "take it or leave it" basis when he's in the business of hospitality and customer service. His business cards state "luxurious rooms at reasonable prices, " which there were anything but. All the rooms we were moved to were completely uninhabitable. Had they taken much better care of the facilities, we wouldn't have had to switch rooms so many times in the first place.
