Worse Hotel to Stay in the State of Virginia Rip-Off

OUR stay was from 06/30 - 07/03 stay was due to Softball Tournament arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the mornings This was the worse hotel to stay at, we reserved 8 rooms all 8 rooms had problems 1. Had to get our own towels daily. 2 rooms not clean. 3 Mold in all rooms. 4. Charged more then what was given as a receipt. My unit alone room 1068 soap dish fell off the wall during a shower the soap plate that fell off wall was full of Mold this happened the date of departure. The ceiling has mold from a water stain and the plaster was missing from the ceiling, Cockroaches in room. Doors didn't close properly keys had to be reset daily floors and bath stations were dirty, 1 room had no cold water so our parent and player was moved to another room but that same day with-in 1 hour that same room was rented to another person. No garbage cans in some rooms no toilet paper provided until we went to get it from the front desk, the receipt given on 2 rooms we payed for had incorrect information instead of my name on it had another parents and after checking my MasterCard on line via Checking they debited my account 213.00 instead of the receipt amount of 170.35 as received. All rooms had no change of sheets. This was the filthiest Hotel you could stay at in the state of VA. I have demanded a full refund and would never recommend anyone stay at this site until a health inspector checks this location out and it can pass state law. This need investigating also when reservations were made rooms were promised to have refrigerators and Microwaves only 1 room out of 8 had this and we were told after arriving to have on placed in the room would cost 5$ more this place is a rip-off!
