Dirty motel room

We planned a trip to kc for the chiefs football game very excited about getting out of town staying some place nice so we thought by looking at the rooms on line. We booked throught hotels.com got to our room at days inn and walked into a room that was just cleaned according to the front desk and the room was awful, bed looked like someone had been sleeping on these sheets and they were dirty and dingy looking all wrinkled comforter dirty, bathroom was dark and dingy and dirty not someplace i wanta go, they had this chair in the room that is suppose to be meant for comfort oh my gosh it was old mashed down cushion and stunk, so to give the motel a 2nd chance we were given another room well needless to say once again the same as the first, we left and went to the marriott needless to say i would never use hotels.com because unless the hotel will give you back your money they wont do anything about any kind of comp for your inconvience or disappointment so stay away from this days inn for sure...
