Worst realtor ever!

DO NOT EVER HIRE KELLY DELIRA WITH KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY - honestly I would never use Keller Williams Realty in general! This was the worst experience in my life. I was trying to help a friend out (guess I should have known better since she had to be a stripper in order to pay her bills) but wanted to help a "friend". I found all the listings of the houses all she had to do was get the keys and unlock the doors so we could see the houses... After that she did NOTHING!!! We set up all te appointments to get te house check and inspected (the inspector she referred also was horrible). She was unable to negotiate at all on the price of the house (in a buyers market) probably becuase she never once actually spoke to the selling agent - i later found out all she ever dis was email these people. She got us nothing for repairs. Then we were supposed to close on a particular date (not to mention we got everything on our end covered in 30 days - we busted our asses) she did not even inform the sellers we wanted to close that Friday so the people that owned the house went on a car trip and would not return until Monday leaving the weekend we were supposed to be able to move in not an option. The sellers would have waited to leave had they known... But thanks to my dumbass realtor that did not happen. The whole situation was a complete nightmere!!! If you are thinkingmof using kelly delira as a realtor i would highly suggest that you don't... I couldn't be more disappointed! Now a year later we have had to have our water heater replaced, our garage door completely replaced, and our foundation is fucked up and we now have our kitchen tile coming up from the floor! Buying a home especially for the first time should be exciting but this experience was FAR from it!!!
