Ripoff anti gay dirty filthy disgusting rude ignorant

I paid for my room with a credit card online and reserved a single queen room for my partner and I. We called the hotel and told them we would be arriving on saturday at about 1-2:00am. They said no problem that our card was already charged and that we had a room. When we get there my partner and I were confronted by an ignorant front desk clerk. He said we didn't need a single bed room and that our room wasn't available. He acted as if there were no rooms then he said "oh here is a room" gave us the key we packed our stuff back on our shoulders and hands full down the hall. When we reached the room and opened the door the room was dirty and vomit on the floor. We both got sick at our stomaches at the stench. When we went back to the desk the front desk person chuckled and then apologized while he laughed. He then gave us another room after awhile and then we go to our room. RIght next to the ice machine 2 dbl beds.

We finally settled in from a 9 hour drive to hearing him and another person being loud outside of our door. The next day we leave for the day and come back to a dirty room no clean towels when we asked for some they said "We have none". We then go and purchase some and go back and take our showers. When I called the customer service number I was given a case number only to be sent a form letter stating "We are not responsible they are a franchise".. BLAH BLAH BLAH...

Don"t stay at super 8 hotels!!!
