TMoble claims that changes in an existing plan automatically extend an existing contract by an additional year even if the consumer is not specifically notified of this change. Furthermore, this change also extends the buyout amounts by an extra year even though the phone itself usually fails to even operate properly for that length of time. A contract resolution department is only reachable via email and will not respond in less than 14 working days.
