Repeated equipment failure, purchase of new phones, incorrect advice from TMoble "techs" phone service cut off for August bill in July

After 5 good years as a TMoble customer, approx 7months ago My whole family begain to experience, dropped calls, text messages that might arrive in 2 hours or 2days.in May calling 611 I waited 28 minuets and 32 seconds. I got a new Soney phone which was "ok" for 2 months, then it was "Can You Hear me now time?" My daughter in law went thru hell with several techs on the phone including trading SIM cards with her husband for a day, all her CONTACTS switched to HIS phone including text messages. It took him 3 days to fix the phone that WAS NOT BROKEN. After a replacement BEHOLD phone for her the problems continued, She finallay got a tech with experience, who had her check the call forarding feature and it was "ON". That happened on the phone"troubleshooting". Now my bill after turning back in my then 2 month old Sony phone resulted in me BUYING my favorite songs from TMoble AGAIN in June as the songs would not tranfer to my new Blackberry. I was told by Frances, my new phone used WIFI that is why I was charged extra, well, my home phone is TMoble and I have a "Hot Spot" at home, the phone is "Smart" and can be picked up by this phone. My service was turned off July 30 for a bill Due AUGUST 10. IT WAS TURNED BACK ON by a supervisor named Josh.
