FedEx is horrible. I asked to have a package picked up since no one was home to wait for the deliveryman. The information is inconsistent, and the sales people lack knowledge and respect. In addition, they are rude and unhelpful. The FedEx office on East Houston St. has the worst assistant manager and sales rep.
