Brooklyn store: waited hours over two days for one package

The FedEx store at 570 East New York Street in Brooklyn, on the corner of Stanely Street, has very terrible service. I went there to pick up a package on Monday and waited for an hour, only to hear them tell me the truck had broken down and I had to come back tomorrow. I went there on Tuesday and had to wait 4 and a half hours just to pick up that one package that was sitting on the shelf behind the clerk.
