Waiting hours to pick up one package - fedex shipping

The FedEx store on 570 East New York Street in Brooklyn on the corner of Stanely street has very terrible service. I went there to pick up a package on Monday and waited and there for and hour to hear them tell me the truck broke down and i have to come back tomorrow. I went there on Tuesday and had to wait 4 and a half hours just pick up that one package that was sitting on the shelf behind the clerk.
