INCORRECT PRICE ON LALALOOPSY LITTLES DOLL "Trouble Dusty Trails" #14057918 - Lalaloopsy Littles Doll "Trouble Dusty Trails" Online Item #14057918

I have called Target.com Customer Service several times to have the price corrected on their website for the Online Item Number: 14057918 Which is the Lalaloopsy Littles Doll "Trouble Dusty Trails". The item retails in their store for $16.99 and sells for $16.97 at their competitors store. Unfortunately, someone made a major error and priced the item online for $34.99. I have spent over two hours trying to get the error corrected. It seems to be futile. The first Customer Service Online Rep informed me that, "Yes, it is indeed an error and I will forward this information to the correct department to have it corrected." Several days later, the item is still the same incorrect price. Today, I spoke with another Customer Service Online Rep who was going to have me wait for an uncertain amount of time while she tries to find out why the first Rep did not provide me with a Reference Number! I don't care about a Reference Number. I just want the item price corrected so that I can purchase the item and have it sent to my niece! There should be something in place that when a Customer brings it to Target.com attention that an obvious error has been made, the Customer is thanked and not punished with endless amounts of nonsense on the phone! The item is being sold for more than twice the amount that it is supposed to be sold for! Fix the darn thing and lets move on!
