I returned at item at the Target store in Lauderhill, Florida. I have never encountered such poor "customer service" as I received from the employees of this store,
Elisa, Kim, George. A credit for return of the item on 8-27 was never applied to my account. I was told it was applied to a credit card with last four digits that does not correspond to any of my credit cards. The security guard, George, disappeared for 30 minutes, then returned with documents pertaining to the return. He read numbers off the paper that did not mean anything. I asked him if I could see the documents and he rudely replied "NO, I'M READING IT TO YOU, YOU DON'T NEED TO SEE IT" The bottom line is that I returned an item for which I paid $14.85, never received refund or credit for return of the item. Now I do not have the item and I'm out $14.85. This problem is probably due to a simple clerical error, however these three "customer service" employees would not even investigate this possibility.

So, in summary, if you buy an item at Target, you had better keep it, otherwise you will be out the item and your money, like me. Or better yet, shop at Walmart.
