Furniture & Equipment

I shop with Amazon online most of the time because they usually offer the most competitive prices. Something I was looking for Target had for $6 less and I was both excited and happy to purchase it. While it was in my cart (5 minutes ago!) and after I checked on a game for my son that they only had available in stores, I went back to my cart and the price of the item went up to regular price! When I google it now it still comes up for $18.99 from Target but as soon as I select the link it takes me to the Target website where it shows it for the $24.99 price. This is ridiculous and I'm super irritated. There is no reason the price should have gone up $6 while I was purchasing unless Target just likes to mess with their customers and change the prices as items are added to their cart. Update: Well, I spent a total of 2 hours today on the phone today with Target guest service and even spoke to a supervisor at the end trying to resolve the $6.00 issue. $6.00! No help was provided and the company is HORRIBLE!!! I hope the $6.00 was worth losing a customer for life. I will be telling EVERYONE I come across to place an order ANYWHERE online other than Target. P. S I was a team member for almost 3 years and I CAN'T believe how awful their customer service is now. Sending Target's CEO an email and then posting my experience ANYWHERE I can online. I will not be shopping with Target again. Period. Good riddance!
