The online store had the SKU and items mixed up so although I ordered the titled item, I was sent a different item with a different SKU. After I received permission to return it, I was charged a $24 restocking fee. It was their online mistake and a few weeks later the online store had the correct item with the corrected SKU. Even though I wrote three times and politely showed them the error via explanation and copies of their old and corrected web pages, they neither responded to my letters of returned the restocking fee.

I would not recommend ordering from their online store as you never know when they will have a mistake and they won't stand behind their web site.
