Buyer Beware when booking with Travelocity

Buyer beware when booking your trip through Travelocity! I tried contacting them regarding a problem with our seat assignment (lack of seats) on an airline and regarding the traveler insurance that I purchased through them. I was given different information each time that I called and then I was "disconnected" twice. I was promised a call back by a supervisor within 24-36 hrs. That never came. I can't believe this company has managed to stay in business when thier policy is to literally hang up on customers with concerns or complaints. I also wrote the company an email regarding my experience and did not get a response. They were fine when I was booking the trip and quick to give me incorrect information, after they have your payment there is no little "Gnome" to help you along the way. Do yourself a favor and don't book through Travelocity. A vacation is suppose to be stress free and fun & Travelocity has managed to make my trip a nightmare! I have never written a review before, but I hope to save someone the hassle that I've experienced.
