Ripoff - Entered dwelling and took my household items illegally!

On Sept. 30 I called into the office and spoke to Anna Schwoerer, telling her that my rent would be paid on my payday of Oct. 8.

Oct. 2 spoke w/Anna S. Again and she stated that they did not take partial rent (mind you my rent is $550.00per mo. And she would not accept $500.00!) and that I would have to pay $917. For my rent to be current.

This $917.00 was for $200.00 discount (which market value for the apt is $750.00 so she says, and $50.00 late fee plus $10.00 per day, which was anotherr $50 and $67 for the eviction notice which she said was automatically filed on the eight day!

On the 4th of Oct, they had entered my apartment and put the Notice of Forfeiture of Rental Allowance-Concession-Discount ($200) which stated the the amount now due for rent was $750.00

On Oct 5th they entered again and taped inside the apartment door This is a Notice to Vacate for non-payment of Rent, Utilities or other Sums - total amt. Now stated $760.00 due before or by Oct. 6 (which includes all late fees)

On Oct 6- they brought their tales in once again and took my 32" Sanyo TV, Emerson Stereo Systemw/5disc-cd, dual tapes and turntable (these are not even in production anymore!), also, my Bissel vaccuum cleaner, V-Tech cordless phone w/base, $500 cash dollars and an undertermined amt. Of coins in a Planters Peanut can that can be purchased from Sam's Wholesale for $7.00, and last but not least an Apex DVD player and my personal Nokia-3588i cell phone.

Some of these items were on loan to me! I called the police because I first thought that I had been robbed! I am going to prosecute to the fullest.
