Ripoff Lied In Court to get a judgment Lied to another apartment complex about who they sued

My boyfriend and I moved into this complex in 2002 together.in February Pebble Creek Apartments which is ran by Brenda Stewart took me to court over back rent at a time that I was laid off and lied in court to win a judgment for over 3000.00. I wsnt working at the time and several churches had assisted me in paying my rent. I contacted Westend Community Church in the month of November seeking rental assistance. One of the deacons of the church contacted me and let me know he had talked with the Apartment office and was told that I did not owe any rent for the month of November but to contact them in December and they would assist me with my December's rent. I was served a Detainer warrent by an attorney who also was a collection agency in January and within a week had to go to court. Since I hadn't signed a lease since 2002 I was on a month to month. My boyfriend had actually moved out of the apartment in August and was living in another part of town at his own complex.in court Mrs. Brenda Stewart lied to the judge and stated that she had never spoke with Westend Comunity Church, in order to assist her with gaining her judgment. When my boyfriend moved out of his apartment and was trying to get a different apartment, the apartment he was trying to rent called her instead of where he previously resided. Brenda Stewart told the mangager of the new complex that she had sued him which was another lie. She had only sued me over the old apartment and received her judgment. Nothing with his name was on any of the court papers or documents. So she told another lie to try and keep him from getting a new place. All I say is everybody reaps what they sew. If you plan on moving to Nashville or looking for an apartment dont move into PebbleCreek Apartments.
