Scammers! - Rental Properties

I rented from this company for little over a year and it was a nightmare!!! Issues such as leaking toilets doors sticking and not to mention them loosing 2 of my rent checks! Called in to get the toilet fixed and needless to say JOHN stated "Well can you fix it?" What the heck?! I paid him rent to maintain the property not ME. Next, I got locked out of my house because the main door would stick constantly. Called John again and he stated he would not be able to come out to fix the door until the next day! Where was I suppose to sleep?!? In my car? No I MADE them come and fix the door. Lastly, was the rent checks. They only give you an option to mail it to a PO Box not an physical address. The first check they lost I replaced it and paid about 200 in late fees. After that I sent all my rent check certified to make sure they were delievered by the 1st. I faxed in my 30 day notice to vacate and to my suprise they loose my last months rent! Which in turn they would not meet with me to pay it in person since I got a 3 day notice. After yelling at them to meet me, then then deposit the check that they "never got" which had a stop pay on it. To top it if they evicted me for their error!!! THey have cheap rents and nice properties, but they "loose" or dont "pick up" their mail in a timely manner from their p.O. Box, in turn making you pay 200-300 in fees on top of your rent. Needless to say my last months rent went from 745 to 1500!!! I call this compant pathetic and sad.
