I signed up for the "free trial" for the beauty kit and thought I only had to pay P&P. I got charged £59 a couple of weeks later and after reading their Ts and Cs found out that if you didnt return the goods after 14 days they charged you for it and also signed you up for monthly refills. I have tried to cancel the monthly refills as my bank has informed me they have setup a reoccurring fee on my account, however the email address they have on their website (support@deadseabeautykit.com) does not exist and I get delivery failure messages when emailing this address. I was always under the impression that you had to opt in to these kinds of Ts and Cs, so surely what they are doing is illegal. I have no way of contacting this company to cancel the auto refills, in their Ts and Cs they state you can cancel this at any time buy logging in to your account. However I do not have an account with them so I cannot loggin to this.
