I ordered the free trial starter kit for 4.95 only to receive an email from the company stating i had signed up to their membership scheme and would be charged 79.99 per month for 10 refills. When i rang the company to cancel they charged me a cancellation fee of 29.99. I tried to explain the misunderstanding when i ordered the FREE starter kit however they were very unresponsive and basically told me it was tough and i had to pay the cancellation, or wait for the first set of refills, for which i would also be charged. Avoid this company at all costs.
