I ordered the "free" e-cigarette and paid the $4.95 shipping charge. Two weeks after that I was charged $99.67, two weeks after that another $64.72 for refills I did not want nor order, and another $64.72 again for more refills. I could not reach anyone to discontinue the refills and return the order. Originally, I just had an address of PQ Distribution Center, 60 Belamose Ave., Rocky Hill, CT 06067-3773. Today, I finally reached someone and received a return authorization number, but only for the second set of refills. They refused to accept anyting else even though it is all still sealed in the original packaging.
